Flan A, Flan B

This is Flan A….
It’s a disaster of a leche flan. I might as well call it “lecheng flan”. Excuse the language. :D
But wait! I have a Flan B…
Now that’s redemption. :D Exactly how a leche flan should be…soft, smooth, melt in your mouth goodness! I’m calling this “Leh-cheh! Flan!” My Nanay (maternal grandma), as well as my Mom and all her siblings can all make leche flan in their sleep. This oughta make them proud. ;) Yey me!
