Who Wants An IPod?
I do!!! Mom’s Talk Radio, is having an iPod Giveaway contest. It’s an IPod Nano and you’re going to love because it’s pink and it’s 8gig! ;) But first, what is Mom’s Talk Radio? It’s a network of internet radio shows and podcasts created for Moms by Moms. How cool is that? It is very easy to join. Here’s what you have to do:
- Listen to any participating Mom’s Talk Radio program in order to hear the ‘Secret Phrase’ for each show.
- Bring the Secret Phrase exactly as it was spoken and drop it in the entry box on the lower right hand column of this website.
- You can enter as many times as you have a Secret Phrase to submit.

TMA #8: Diet and Exercise
How important is nutrition, diet, and exercise to you? Do you read food labels? Do you workout? How healthy are you? In general, how often do you think your health?
It’s safe to say we all know that proper nutrition, diet and exercise are important. I do read food labels and I so desperately need to work out. I already started working out regularly at the gym and at home middle of last year but got lazy. I need to find and get my groove back!!! Oh, I’m healthy all right! Hahaha! :) I know I have it in me as I’ve done it so many times before. I just have to find my way out of this rut and stop procrastinating and really really start working out already! Argh!
That’s my answer. Quite a mouthful, huh? Talk about diet and exercise does that to me. Hee hee. Sorry.

Smooth and Silky…
…skin, that’s what I want. I have been staying up late too much that it’s beginning to show. Eeeek! What’s worse is that I have very sensitive skin and I can’t just pick up any product from the drugstore shelves. A natural acne treatment cream is what I really need. I desperately have to get one tomorrow. For now, I have to do something with my outrageous sleeping hours.

May Showers
Can you believe it’s already June in a couple of days? You know what that means…June brides and weddings! That reminds me, a good friend who will be the maid-of-honor in a late June wedding and is asking for my ideas for bridal shower invitations. Truth be told, I didn’t know invitations are needed for showers. I thought a phone call, email or SMS will do. They’re all I ever received anyway. But that’s just my friend. She’s very thorough that way.
