How important is nutrition, diet, and exercise to you? Do you read food labels? Do you workout? How healthy are you? In general, how often do you think your health?
It’s safe to say we all know that proper nutrition, diet and exercise are important. I do read food labels and I so desperately need to work out. I already started working out regularly at the gym and at home middle of last year but got lazy. I need to find and get my groove back!!! Oh, I’m healthy all right! Hahaha! :) I know I have it in me as I’ve done it so many times before. I just have to find my way out of this rut and stop procrastinating and really really start working out already! Argh!
That’s my answer. Quite a mouthful, huh? Talk about diet and exercise does that to me. Hee hee. Sorry.
