What kind of eggs do you use?
We use extra large grade A (chicken) eggs. I know, I should be using organic eggs. :D And I do, every once in a while. We also buy salted duck eggs, which is perfect dipping sauce when mixed with some sliced tomatoes and paired with good Filipino favorites like danggit [...]
