TMA #20: Sugar

What is your preferred type of sugar?

It depends.  For baking, I used regular white sugar or brown sugar, depending on which of the two the recipe calls for.  For coffee, I use Splenda but I do prefer regular sugar.  I will have to train myself to start liking and using honey more often as a sweetener.  I hear that’s a healthier alternative.  But I could be wrong. :)
