		<description>soaking in salted water might help. perhaps you stir-fry ampalaya with the onions or minced porks or egg... how about salted fish? 
if you are in Malaysia, particularly Taman Megah in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, there&#039;s a restaurant that specialize in bittergourd dishes... do give it a try! You might have a change of taste bud!
