		<description>&lt;em&gt;Hi MunchkinVCD!  I always use whole milk for recipes that call for milk, unless the recipe specifies to use evaporated or condensed.  Did you give the egg pie ample time to set?  When I made this egg pie, it was in the morning.  At the end of the baking time, the egg pie was still a little wobbly.  You should really give it time to set so it&#039;s ideal to make it in the morning, then allowing it to come to room temperature and then chilling it in the fridge for several hours.  I was actually a bit nervous when I made this egg pie because I wasn&#039;t sure if it&#039;s going to set at all.  And it did!  Whew!  Practice makes perfect so I would really suggest you give it another try. :)&lt;/em&gt;</description>
