		<description>&lt;em&gt;Hi Aileen!  I baked the chicken.  Actually, this was done with a combination of broiling and baking.  If your oven has a broil function, broil the chicken on high first for about 10 minutes then bake it at 400 degrees until the juice that comes out of the chicken when pierced comes out clear.  Then, brush some of the sauce on the chicken then switch to broil.  Broil for another 5 minutes so the chicken can absorb the marinade.  But I&#039;ve also done this with just purely baking and no broiling.

I didn&#039;t have the problem you had.  I&#039;m sorry. :(  What happens when I bake the chicken, is that the sauce caramelizes and thickens because of the brown sugar.  But it&#039;s not soupy!
