Last Saturday, we spent close to 7 hours at the Texas Renaissance Festival, a renaissance theme park located in the town of Plantersville, Texas. True enough, the sights, sounds and tastes of the 16th Century was very much alive in the park.
Craving for fish and chips?
Wish granted!

Tada!

It’s been a little over a week already since we got back from our 9-day holiday at The Golden State. If we exclude the arrival and departure dates, that’s a total of 7 full days in California. With relatives and a good number of friends residing there, 7 days is in fact, too short.
